To Register: 1) Complete a Registration Form for your class location  2) Complete an Instrument Rental Contract  3) Attend a registration meeting to submit forms and payment.

 
String Instrument Classes - During School Locations 2011-12: Includes Jefferson County Schools, Birmingham City Schools, and Private Schools. Registration is now closed.

To Register: 1) Complete the appropriate Registration Form  2) Complete the Instrument Rental Contract  3) Mail both forms with payment to the Music Opportunity Program at 2316 Seventh Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203. For class information - please check the String Academy page.

All BSO and BPS members should return their Registration Form and the Travel-Medical Form. AYS members should complete only the AYS Registration Form.
