Alabama Gives Day is an initiative by the Alabama Association of Nonprofits to harness the power of individual giving in a 24 hour period to make a difference in each of the non-profits.

February 2^nd is your opportunity to join thousands of Alabamians in being part of a history making event that aims to raise millions of dollars for hundreds of Alabama nonprofits in just 24 hours. Inspired by other Gives Days in the nation, Alabama Gives Day provides nonprofits an opportunity to showcase the impact of the incredible work they do that helps improve the quality of life for everyone in our state.

Join us this Sunday afternoon for the Alabama Youth Symphony's Winter Concert presented at Indian Springs School Concert Hall. The concert will begin at 3:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The AYS will be joined by the Indian Springs School Choir to present Faure's Requiem in D Minor. Other selections include Radetzky March by Strauss, Roman Carnival Overture by Berlioz, and Jupiter from Holst's The Planets.
