Click on 'Full Story' for rehearsal notes including String Seating Audition info! These auditions will be April 18th. And remember there is no orchestra rehearsal on Sunday (April 4th Easter) so we'll see you back on the 11th.

A few years ago, a friend of mine told me something I will never forget.  He said, “Repetition makes reputation.”  In other words, what you do, on a repeated basis, determines what others think of you and how they react to you.  If you are a person who can be counted on, others will give you the benefit of the doubt when there is a question of performance or character.  If you are not a person who can be counted on, then . . .  What’s your reputation in orchestra?

Our next rehearsal is April 11, less than a month away from our final concert of the year.  Your music is challenging.  What you do with the next two weeks in your preparation for rehearsal will largely determine the level of confidence with which we enter the dress rehearsal and the concert.
