More information about the Showcase Recital. Rehearsal is Saturday, March 6. You should arrive at Boutwell Auditorium at 10:45 AM.
The address for Boutwell is 1930 8th Avenue North, Birmingham, 35203. It is across from Linn Park and next to the Birmingham Museum of Art. Rehearsal will last until 11:45 AM.
The concert is Sunday, March 7th at 3:00 PM. It is free and open to the public so invite friends and family! All BPS members should arrive by 2:00 PM to unpack/warm up.
For the reception - you are responsible for bringing:
2 Dozen Finger Sandwiches EACH
I NEED volunteers to be song chaperones and help with the reception. Song chaperones should attend String Academy rehearsal on Saturday from 1:00-3:00 PM. Each chaperone is paired with a song group and will stay with them throughout the rehearsal and concert on Sunday. For the reception, I need assistance with setup and cleanup. Please let me know immediately if you are available.
